School dropout and early marriage affects youth agribusiness employment

This article focused on uncovering the background of youth lamenting unemployment in presence agribusiness employment opportunities. A phenomenological qualitative design was employed to generate in-depth information. The sample frame formed clubs from district office. Purposive and snowball sampling used recruit participants doing different agribusinesses. Photovoice, focus group discussions, oral interviews were data, which analyzed using content, discourse, thematic approaches. data revealed that factors such as age, educational attainment, marital status key explaining study found most youths rural areas marry soon after dropping out school, followed by taking up agriculture a livelihood. Those school before they turn 18 are considered children enter without necessary skills. Systematically, forced engage at very young 14, order survive take family responsibilities. recommended introduction practical primary secondary schools so dropouts least gain skills for self-employment, well deploying new ways reducing early marriages.   Key words: School dropout, unemployment, approach, agribusiness, child.
